To maximize the benefit you will want to find and connect with peers, complete your profile, and engage in forum discussions. If you're looking for work or posting a job see that section for further help.

What is my appeal score as an individual?: Your appeal score is an advanced algorithm that is, quite simply, a measure of how likely you are to find a job on our platform. A "hack" is to ensure your profile is completely filled out, you have added projects and collaborators, and you are active and engaged on the platform. This is important to ensure any potential employers can get a full picture of your professional self.

What is my appeal score as a business?: Your appeal score as a business identifies, through your total online presence and direct feedback, how attractive your business is to work for. We've all experienced it; a terrible working environment. Not all business owners are aware when their culture starts to take a hit. Poor culture is a sure fire way to attract low end talent.

How do I maximize my portfolio?: Your portfolio is a fantastic spot to showcase your work for everyone to see. Be sure to add relevant skills and be descriptive about what you accomplished. And add as many pictures as you need to really showcase what you are displaying. We are, after all, a group of people that displays their work vs. writing about it. Ensure you invite collaborators to your projects as this will boost your appeal and trust signals.

What happens if I accept to be a collaborator on someone's project?: Only accept a collaboration request if you actually collaborated and are excited to showcase the work or support the person. Collaborated projects show up on both peoples profiles.

What are the forums?: The forums are a place to collaborate and share ideas. You can create new forums, earn badges for contributions, and up/down vote comments to ensure the most useful and relevant stay near the top.

How do I generate a resume?: Select the 3 bars at top right and click "Resume Generator" then "Generate Resume"! This AI powered generator will comb your profile to build out a resume for you. It will also include some suggestions depending on your specific context and even some profile suggestions to update for future. Ensure you copy and paste this resume into word for final formatting. If you're finding work through Projekt Network you won't need this but not everyone is as forward thinking as you so may not be on here yet!

Why do you need to know my current and past pay?: This pay data is entirely private and is used only to strengthen our back end database. We aim to build the world's largest database of cohesive wage data to ensure our AI is providing the most insightful dialogue around wage expectations for anyones skill set and location.
